ALL NEW CLIENTS booking through our new client intake form or phone will be asked to pay a 50% deposit.

- NO SHOW AND CANCELATION POLICYFailure to notify for canceling/rescheduling 24 hours ahead will forfeit a portion of your prepayment or a charge of 50% of your service will be posted to your card on file. When our guests no-show, our stylists miss an opportunity to book someone else in their place, and therefore do not get paid. You MUST contact us directly by text, by responding to our confirmation texts, or calling 603-343-1762 or your card may be charged. Thank you for your understanding and if you have any further questions please feel free to reach out to us directly.

-RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS ONLINE Our online portal requires 100% prepayment for services. If you cancel your appointment you MUST contact us directly by phone call, text, or email to initiate a refund. It DOES NOT initiate on its own with a cancelation. If you need to reschedule an appointment please follow the ‘MODIFY APPOINTMENT’ button on your initial confirmation email or contact us directly by responding to text reminders or calling us directly.

**Masks are optional at this time. If you require one, just ask! We will have 3-ply masks available. If you would like your stylist to wear one during service, please absolutely feel free to request so.
