ALL NEW CLIENTS booking through our new client intake form or phone will be asked to pay a 50% deposit.
- NO SHOW AND CANCELATION POLICY Failure to notify for canceling/rescheduling 24 hours ahead will forfeit a portion of your prepayment or a charge of 50% of your service will be posted to your card on file. When our guests no-show, our stylists miss an opportunity to book someone else in their place, and therefore do not get paid. You MUST contact us directly by text, by responding to our confirmation texts, or calling 603-343-1762 or your card may be charged. Thank you for your understanding and if you have any further questions please feel free to reach out to us directly.
-Masks are optional at this time. If you require one, just ask! We will have 3-ply masks available. If you would like your stylist to wear one during service, please let us know.
Please remember that both you and our staff’s safety is our utmost concern. We will be using hospital grade (FDA and EPA approved) non-scented eco-friendly disinfectant that will kill bacteria and viruses with a 1 minute contact time.
